Sounds Health Worsens

Despite attempts to remove hypoxia from Long Island Sound, the condition is worsening. According to Save the Sound, a program of the Connecticut Fund for the Environment, 2008 is now being considered the "worst late summer hypoxic condition in five years, and the second worst in the last decade."
